ERIK WALKER (OWNER)

After almost a decade of working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and manager for a national gym chain, I decided to leave my corporate career to set up my own business around my passion for helping people.  I have been married to my wonderful wife Danielle for over 7 years and we have an amazing little boy named Charles Anthony. When I'm not working I enjoy the outdoors, spending time with my family and a good book.
